Monthly payments are made every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase. Each payment covers 30 days of service and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Downgrading will be effective from the next billing period, whereas upgrading will take effect immediately. Please note that our data plans range from 300GB to 1000GB, and there is no restriction on the number of times you can change your plan.

Here's a clear outline of our refund policy: Plan Refunds: For Roamr plans, cancellations made within the first 7 days are eligible for a full refund of the plan fee. Device Refunds: Our router devices come with a guarantee of satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with the router device, you have the flexibility to return it within 7 days from the purchase date for a full refund, as long as the device is in good working condition. Beyond 7 Days: For cancellations beyond the initial 7 days, plan refunds will not be provided. However, you can still return the router device within this time frame for a refund, provided the device is in good working condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return label costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
