Roamr's LTE Internet Router Return Policy:

Our 7-day return policy: Roamr offers refunds on first-time purchases within 7 days of receiving your device in the mail. To begin the return process, please email support@roamr.biz within the first 7 days of having the device. A refund may take up to 7 business days to process and will begin once Roamr receives the device back. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and any additional return labels costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunding your internet plan costs:

As soon as you cancel your service, within the 7-day window, your refund for the cost of the plan you selected at checkout will be initiated, along with a refund of your activation charge. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.

Returning your LTE Router:

If you cancel your service after the 7-day return policy, no refund will be given. When you cancel service, you will be required to return the LTE router to Roamr. If the device is not returned or is returned damaged, you will be charged an additional hardware fee of $100 on top of the $125 hardware deposit paid at checkout. If you choose to keep the router and not return it, you will be charged an additional $100 fee to cover the full cost of the LTE Router, which you will then be able to keep. The $125 hardware deposit paid at checkout acts as an upfront cost to receive your pre-activated Roamr LTE Router. The full value of the LTE router is $225.


There will be no refunds for your internet service once service is canceled outside of our 7-day return window.
