Q: Is the setup process easy? A: Absolutely! Your device will arrive pre-activated and all you have to do is turn it on, it will automatically connect to the plan you selected during checkout. Q: Can I change my plan? A: Yes, if you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan, simply email support@roamr.biz and an agent will handle your request promptly. Our lowest data plan is 300GB, and the highest is Unlimited.

A: We've partnered with Simo Connect to use their patented cloud SIM technology that automatically connects the device to the strongest available signal in its area. We’ve combined that with our affordable data plans across the top networks to ensure our users have access to high-speed and high-bandwidth internet both in the home and on the go!

Q: What is your refund policy? A: Roamr offers refunds on first-time purchases within 7 days of receiving your device in the mail. To begin the return process, please email support@roamr.biz within the first 7 days of having the device. If the device is not sent back within 7 days of cancelling, or if it is damaged at all, you will be a charged a $125 device fee.

Q: How does monthly billing work? A: Our plan prices are straightforward with no hidden fees. We include the device for free in your initial plan purchase. Monthly payments are then made every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase. Each monthly payment covers your next 30 days of service, and you may cancel your subscription with us at any time.

Q: What happens if I go over my Data amount? A: If you go over your allotted data amount, you will stop receiving data services until your next cycle begins. You can choose to upgrade to a larger GB plan mid-cycle to receive additional data.
